Membership plans, pricing, and renewal terms are displayed within the App. All fees are non-refundable unless required by local law. Automatic renewals occur unless canceled before the renewal date.

5. Intellectual Property

All content within the App—including text, logos, images, and training materials is owned by FIT Gym & Spa and may not be copied or distributed without permission.

FIT Gym & Spa is not liable for damages caused by technical issues, downtime, or user negligence.
